This Is Our Story.

TRACK3D GmbH was founded in January 2023 as a spin-off from TU Berlin. The two founders Braden and Habedank recognised early on the great potential of additive manufacturing. Nearly unlimited design possibilities in terms of geometry and material selection, and the ability to cost-effectively produce even small quantities, were however contrasted by low process reliability and insufficient quality assurance.

TRACK3D GmbH solves these core problems through a novel closed-loop printing process, 3D In-Situ Monitoring. We developed this process for extrusion-based 3D printing and are applying it for the first time in our industrial 3D printers RP-600F and RP-600G. The RP-600, which advances the application from pure prototyping towards series production, combines as RP-600G our innovative 3D process monitoring with pellet printing to permanently produce optimal manufacturing quality and to enable the use of materials known from injection moulding. Our product targets industrial customers in the automotive, medical technology, railway, and aerospace industries.

The high degree of innovation of TRACK3D GmbH has been confirmed through several top placements in renowned competitions and scholarships such as the EXIST start-up grant, BPW 2023 (2nd place), and the Innovation Prize Berlin Brandenburg 2023 (Top 10). Since August 2024, TRACK3D GmbH has been funded through a Pro FIT project financing programme.
