From Prototype to Production: Process Control in Industrial 3D Printing
TRACK3D was featured in the Potenzial magazine by WISTA Management GmbH. In the interview, we discuss how additive manufacturing can evolve from successful prototypes to stable industrial production.
With our industrial 3D printing platform TrueFormer™ 600, we process high-performance polymers such as PEEK, ULTEM™, and CF-reinforced materials. These materials are increasingly used in demanding industries such as automotive, medical technology, and aerospace.
A key component of our approach is SituGuard™, our integrated in-situ monitoring system. During the printing process, every layer is measured and compared with target parameters. Deviations can be detected early and processes stabilised.
Our goal is to make additive manufacturing a controllable and reproducible industrial production process – with transparent process monitoring and complete documentation.
