ULTEM™ 1010
ULTEM™ 1010 is a high-performance PEI thermoplastic designed for demanding industrial applications, offering high strength and heat resistance. The material is particularly suitable for functional components, industrial tooling, and applications with high thermal requirements, and provides flame retardancy in accordance with UL 94 V-0 and 5VA.

ULTEM™ 1010 processing on the TrueFormer™
ULTEM 1010 is processed on the TrueFormer™ under precisely controlled high-temperature conditions for reproducible industrial manufacturing processes.
Typical process parameters on the TrueFormer™:
- Nozzle temperature: 360 – 410 °C
- Bed temperature: 180–200 °C
- Chamber temperature: 180–200 °C
- Layer height: 0.08 to 0.8 mm
