ULTEM™ 9085
ULTEM™ 9085 is a high-performance PEI thermoplastic designed for demanding industrial applications. The material offers high thermal resistance, flame retardancy rated UL 94 V-0 and 5VA, and excellent mechanical and chemical properties for functional end-use components.

ULTEM™ 9085 processing on the TrueFormer™
ULTEM 9085 is processed on the TrueFormer™ under precisely controlled high-temperature conditions for reproducible industrial manufacturing processes.
Typical process parameters on the TrueFormer™:
- Nozzle temperature: 350 – 390 °C
- Bed temperature: 180 °C
- Chamber temperature: 180 °C
- Layer height: 0.08 to 0.8 mm
